Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing your use of the Incorra platform and services. It exists to protect the integrity of our platform, the security of our users, and to ensure compliance with UK law. This policy applies to all users, including directors, team members, and anyone accessing the platform through your account.

This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Incorra, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Incorra platform to:

Fraud and Financial Crime

  • Incorporate or manage companies for the purpose of fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or any other financial crime.
  • Use the platform to facilitate terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
  • Provide false or misleading information during company formation or identity verification.

False Filings and Impersonation

  • File false, misleading, or fraudulent documents with Companies House, HMRC, or any government authority through the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, including filing documents on behalf of someone without their authorisation.
  • Create accounts using false identities or stolen personal information.

Technical Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other user accounts, or connected third-party services.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data from the platform, unless explicitly authorised via our API.
  • Abuse our API by exceeding rate limits, circumventing access controls, or using it for purposes outside your subscription scope.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform.

Misuse of AI Features

  • Use the Incorra Agent to generate content for illegal purposes or to circumvent legal requirements.
  • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or exploit the AI system to produce harmful or misleading outputs.
  • Rely on AI-generated content as professional legal, financial, or tax advice without consulting qualified professionals.

Other Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the platform for any activity that violates UK law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
  • Resell, sublicence, or provide access to the platform to third parties without our written consent.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Incorra staff through any communication channel.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning and request that you cease the prohibited activity.
  • Temporarily suspend your access to the platform pending investigation.
  • Permanently terminate your account and access to all services.
  • Report the activity to relevant authorities, including law enforcement, Companies House, HMRC, and the National Crime Agency, as required by law.

We will endeavour to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect other users, our platform, or to comply with legal obligations.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@incorra.com. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. You will not be penalised for making a good-faith report.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email.
